Using the Change Object Shape Script:

Step 1

Select the object who’s shape you want to change.
(I want this square picture to become a circle.)

Step 2

Double-click the script in the Scripts palette.
To open palette in CS2: Window menu > Automation > Scripts.
To open palette in CS: Window menu > Scripting > Scripts.

Step 3

Choose the new shape and click OK.
NOTE: If you choose Polygon/Star, when you click OK another dialog will open. Enter how many sides & appropriate star inset if needed and click OK.

Done!

Enjoy the new shape, and say “Thanks Dan.”
